Throughout the day:
- 3 events: truffle-related culinary demonstrations and tastings by chefs from the Côte d'Azur section of the International Club Toques Blanches.
Culinary workshops: prior registration required at the Maison de la Truffe d'Aups or by telephone on 07.49.95.46.42. 7€ per person per workshop.

- Free visit of the Maison de la Truffe Museum from 10am to 4pm.

Program:
10 a.m.: opening of the 31st Aups Black Truffle Festival, with a speech by the mayor and the opening of the Marché du Terroir and catering area: takeaway and eat-in sales.
10 a.m.-4 p.m.: free tour of the Maison de la Truffe museum.
10:30 am: cavage demonstration
10:45 - 11:30 am: culinary demonstration and tasting n°1: truffle and butternut risotto by Les Toques Blanches (€7 per person, advance registration at the Maison de la Truffe in Aups).
11am: Mass at the Collégiale Saint Pancrace.
From 11:30 am: truffle lunch organized by Aups restaurateurs (booking recommended) and catering on Place Bidouré, to eat in or take away.
12pm - 12:30pm: blessing of truffle growers and truffle dogs and pigs in front of the Collégiale St Pancrace and speeches.
12:15 - 1:00 pm: culinary demonstration and tasting #2: Parmentier de boeuf à la truffe chiffonnade de magret de canard séché jus de canard by the Toques Blanches (€7 per person, advance registration at the Maison de la truffe d'Aups).
12:30 - 1:00 pm: auction of the finest truffles on the market.
2pm - 2:45pm: culinary demonstration and tasting n°3: crème brûlée with truffle and grilled pistachio, tuiles with truffle shavings by the Toques Blanches (7€ per person, prior registration at the Maison de la Truffe d'Aups).
3pm: truffle-hunting demonstration and introductory game.
4pm: truffle lecture by Mr. BENARD Jean-Luc, nurseryman specializing in truffle plants (free).
