The village of 316 inhabitants, situated at 704 m of altitude and on the outskirts of the Var and the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, constitues an interesting architectural ensemble. Serenity at the edge of the water. Lake Artignosc is locateds in the "basses Gorges" betwee, Monpesat and Artignosc sur Verdon. Quinson's reservoir caused the birth of this small lake.
Located behind the De Thoron castle, the bakery was already in use in 1472. It still has a beautiful vault and a large hearth.
This belvedere allows you to admire the Verdon meandering through the Gorges d'Artignosc and the surrounding landscape.
