Aups Tourist Information Centre is located in the centre of the village, in the region of Sainte-Croix lake and the Verdon Gorges in the Verdon Regional Natural Park.

Aups Tourist Information Centre is open:
- from Monday to Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 to 6 p.m.,
- on Thursday from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., from 2 to 6 and from 7 to 9 p.m.
- on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 to 6 p.m.,
- on Sunday and public holidays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
