Aups Tourist Information Centre is located in the centre of the village, in the region of Sainte-Croix lake and the Verdon Gorges in the Verdon Regional Natural Park.

Aups Tourist Information Centre is open on:
- from Monday to Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 to 5:30 p.m.,
- Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 to 5:30 p.m.,
- Sunday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.,
Closed on Thursday, Friday and public holidays.
