Oil produced only from the estate's own olives. No external supplementation of the harvest. Our batches of olives brought to the mill in Aups are crushed separately from any other batch. The varieties are Aglandau, Cayon, Bouteillan and Salonenque.
The Barretian region offers an exceptional terroir for vine-growing. Or rather 4 terroirs with different geological, hygrometric and climatic characteristics.
