As someone who loves good food, fine dining and local products, I wanted to carry on the recipes of our ancestors whilst introducing new combinations and pairings, preserving the tradition of artisanal canning and upholding the values that matter to me.
Fruit, vegetables, herbs and spices sourced from local producers, occasionally enhanced with touches of novelty and exoticism to put a fresh spin on our traditional cuisine.
As I mentioned earlier, I share a love of a beautifully set table, as it is around this table that we create and recall many of our fondest memories. That is why I seek out new products such as wines and alcohols, condiments and other fine foods, as well as locally made table linen to complement every moment.
