An idyllic landscape ! The Sainte-Croix lake is the 2nd largest artificial lake of France (22 square kilometres).
The Verdon Gorges forms the biggest canyon of Europe: it’s an area where space and vastness are mixing. In the limestone of Haute Provence plateau, the river dug a 25 km long canyon, 700 m deep in places.
In the Haut Var, in the heart of the Verdon Regional Natural Park, built in the centre of a farm, at an altitude of 600 m, "Les Clos du Lac" overlooks the super Sainte-Croix lake and opens up access to the left bank of the famous Verdon Gorges.
